Mexican Restaurant in Orangeburg

Fiesta Mexico is a restaurant in Orangeburg, New York, which I can remember visiting since the early 1980's. It seems to have a loyal following and stable management (that is to say, the people are almost always the same every time we have eaten there). Also, my favorite waiter, Alfredo, who has been there for 27 years, is always there to greet you with a smile and great service. Perhaps, you prefer a sit down dining experience that starts with some chips & quacamole. Maybe you follow that up with a full entree of enchiladas, beans and rice. Of course, you will need a couple of margaritas along the way to wash it all down. As for me, I'm drawn to the shrimp brochette @ mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and onions (on the lighter side). Beats eating Weight Watcher's Sante Fe Style Rice and Beans!
